Well, I feel better now that King George has assured us
that the state of the union is strong. Did he mean the onion,
or the eunuch? I was kind of upset about having to miss it to
see the Nets pummel the Pistons. Even with all the analysis,
it's not like seeing it fresh. Also missed the Alito swearing in.
I didn't miss swearing though. I know I'm going to listen in on
my co-workers to see if they're talking to Al-Quaida.
We all have to do our part.
As to Medical Savings Accounts, I know I'll feel better when
banks get in on my health care. The insurance companies have
been really attentive, and HIPAA has been a comfort.
The addition of a financial planner will only strengthen my
caring network, and add one more medical opinion when
problems arise.
At the Nets game, they ran a moment of silence for
Coretta Scott King. It made me hopeful that they'd sing
We Shall Overcome in lieu of the Spar Stannered Bangle.
No such luck. The game was great, though.
Oh, why am I talking games when the State of the Union
was addressed Tonight. I feel guily about my misplaced values.
Hey, though, a win's a win.
So are we going to all have to do twelve step programs for
our oil addictions?
